The photos within the website are stock photos. As plants are individuals just like we are, each plant sold will not be an exact replica of the plant shown in the pictures.

You are purchasing a sterile tissue culture plant in vitro. Our plantlets are meant to be used for growers to plant out. Although these are the highest quality plantlets available, there is still a risk to purchasing stage 3-4 plantlets. The grower assumes all risk relating to acclimation of the plantlet. We do not guarantee the plantlets beyond the point of delivery.

We will ensure that for variegated plants, at least 1 of the latest 3 leaves are variegated at the time it is shipped. We do not guarantee variegation of future leaves.

Please ensure you are home to receive the delivery and check the plants carefully upon receiving them. Please also note that orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

We are not responsible for any import issues, shipment delays or issues/delays caused by customs, USDA or other agricultural departments. Sales are final, and we do not allow refunds, returns, claims, or exchanges. If you have problems with your order, please take photos of the issue and contact us within 24 hours of the shipment's arrival, with the plants in the unopened bag/container, along with your unboxing video. Do note that all warranty ceases and is rendered void without an unboxing video sent within 24 hours of the shipment's arrival.

We guarantee the plants are sterile and free of contamination at the time it is shipped. Please note that the jelly within the container may shift during handling, transit or customs check. This is beyond our control and thus not claimable. We also do not offer claims for mold or any form of contamination within the jelly upon arrival, which may occur due to changes in temperature due to transit. Please do not be alarmed, as this does not affect the condition of the plants, and the plants are still good to be planted out regardless of the jelly's situation.

The shipping cost noted on the invoice sent to customers is the preliminary and minimum amount. As such, you may be billed for extra shipping costs once your package has left us. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

If you choose to buy a particular plant before it is on our list, please note that the number of plants in the container may vary and it is sold per bottle.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. We reserve the right to modify this store policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

We seek your understanding in these matters as we are dealing with living, breathing plants.
